Surveying the neighborhood
I spied him out the kitchen window and retrieved my camera, changed lenses to the telephoto, and went outside to snap his picture. I took about 5 shots and then he (she?) flew away. I guess he (or she) is camera shy.
How gorgeous! I've been known to shriek, drop what I'm doing, and run outside when I see something like this. Sweet blog...not sure how I found you (you know, link/click/link/click), but I've bookmarked you now.
Beautiful! Isn't it a bit sad though when you think about it. We should not be so shocked to see wildlife such as this.
